Article 2 - Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from The One Tee and to every distance contract concluded between The One Tee and the consumer. Before the contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions is made available to the consumer. Deviations only apply if they have been agreed in writing.

Article 3 - The offer
All offers are without obligation and valid while stocks last. Product images are a truthful representation; colours on a screen may differ slightly from reality. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on The One Tee.

Article 4 - The contract
The contract is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set. The One Tee confirms receipt of the order by email. As long as this confirmation has not been sent, the consumer may dissolve the contract.

Article 5 - Prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are stated separately before the order is completed. Prices may change, but orders are always charged at the price that applied at the time of ordering.

Article 6 - Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the website. The consumer must report any inaccuracies in the payment details provided without delay. Orders are only shipped after payment has been received.

Article 7 - Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the consumer. Stated delivery times are indicative. The maximum delivery time is 30 days, unless agreed otherwise. If this period is exceeded, the consumer has the right to dissolve the contract free of charge and will receive the amount paid back within 14 days. The risk of damage or loss lies with The One Tee until the moment of delivery.

Article 8 - Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to dissolve the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving reasons. The consumer then has 14 days to return the product. See the "Shipping & returns" policy for the procedure and the conditions the product must meet.

Article 9 - Conformity and warranty
The One Tee guarantees that the products comply with the contract, the specifications stated in the offer and the statutory provisions. The consumer's statutory rights remain fully in force.

Article 10 - Complaints
Complaints about the performance of the contract must be submitted, fully and clearly described, via info@theonetee.nl within a reasonable time after the consumer has discovered the defect. Complaints are answered within 14 days. If we cannot reach a solution together, the consumer can submit the dispute via the European Commission's ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Article 11 - Applicable law
Contracts between The One Tee and the consumer are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
