SHIPPING

Shipping costs
- Netherlands & Belgium: €4.95
- Free shipping from €49
- We currently only ship within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Delivery time
- Ordered before 18:00 on a working day, shipped the same day.
- Delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium takes 1 to 2 working days.
- As soon as your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel.

Not at home?
If you're not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will try a second time or deliver to a nearby pick-up point. The tracking link shows exactly where your parcel is.

RETURNS

Cooling-off period
You have 30 days to change your mind from the moment you receive your order. Within this period you may return your purchase without giving a reason.

Return conditions
- The product is unworn and unwashed.
- The product is in its original condition, with any labels still attached.
- For hygiene reasons, we can only accept products that are in new condition.

How to return
1. Send an email to info@theonetee.nl with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We'll send you the return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack the product carefully and send it within 14 days of registering your return.

Return costs
The cost of sending your order back is at your own expense, unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly. In that case we will cover the return costs in full.

Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method you paid with. You'll receive a confirmation by email.

Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? Register a return and place a new order for the product you want. That way you're guaranteed the fastest delivery and the right stock.
